Setting Variables enviroments
- set JAVA_HOME -> set directory to "java file"
- set android/sdk  -> set directory the same with android studio
- set path 


First command 
1.creating new project 
=>  " npx react-native init projectName "
2.running andriod 
=> " npx react-native run-andriod"
